Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from NiNi Shop.

Your order is not accepted until we successfully process your payment and send an order confirmation.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Product prices, discounts, promotions, and special offers may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping fees, applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other government fees.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping costs $9.

Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions.

  • Customs inspections.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Public holidays.

  • High order volumes.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

NiNi Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Products sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
