Thank you for shopping with NiNi Shop. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and other important information about the delivery of your order.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs $9.

Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders must be processed before they are shipped. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.

If your shipping address is not accepted during checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to your location.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after your order has been shipped.

NiNi Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact the shipping carrier or email us for assistance.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

NiNi Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please include your order number and tracking information so that we can review the issue.

We may ask you to contact the shipping carrier or confirm your delivery address before the issue can be investigated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
